APM Project Fundamentals (APM PFQ) – 2 days

The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (APM PFQ) provides a broad introduction to project management, providing a fundamental awareness of essential project management terminology and common language.
This 2-day course is essential for those needing to gain a broad, fundamental understanding of the principles of the profession.
You need no previous project experience to undertake this course. You will equip yourself, through real world examples and case studies, with core project management tools and techniques.
The APM PMQ course is held in central Cardiff, a short walk from Cardiff Central railway station.

APM Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ) – 5 days + exam

The 5-day APM Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ) is an internationally recognised 5-day project management qualification. The course is aimed at project managers, aspiring project managers or project personnel seeking a professional qualification.The qualification assesses all areas of project management, from strategic and commercial implications of their role, to the technical, organisational and people management skills required to participate effectively within a team. Real world examples and case study exercises are used to accelerate learning.

APM Project Management Qualification (for PRINCE2 Practitioners) – 3 days

This fast-track route to achieving the APM Project Management Qualification is designed specifically as an intensive 3-day course.
It is intended for project managers who already hold the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification (gained within the last 5 years). It enables them to acquire the APM Project Management qualification to add to their project management knowledge and CV.
The APM Project Management qualification will add a broader view of project management to the learner’s portfolio. PRINCE2 applies a best practice methodology to the running and managing of a project within an environment that is able to support PRINCE2.
The APM PMQ assesses the candidate’s breadth of knowledge in all areas of project management, taking into account the skills and factors not covered within the scope of PRINCE2.
